Natasha has been teaching yoga for over 4 years Her teaching style is infused with the joy that she finds in yoga. She fosters a safe and deep experience for each participant. Classes, whether gentle or more vigorous, are paced to allow time to really experience each pose. Natasha believes that the truest experience of a pose is guided from within, by one’s response to it. Natasha explains, “ Yoga is not about touching your toes, It is what you learn on the way down” Her overall intent is to guide her students to discovering a focused calm. Her classes have a non - competitive approach and meditative exploration geared towards creating an in-drawn awareness that allows each student to reconnect with deeper and more personal spiritual development. Natasha brings a unique since of empowerment her goal is to have her students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. The classes range from physically and mentally calming to challenging but achievable to focused and inspirational.
