Yassah has been practicing yoga for nearly 3 years, She traveled to Mysore, India where she studied for 6 wks to obtain her Yoga certification. Yassah trained in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, however her classes focuses on more of an Ashtanga based power flow. Her classes provide a physical challenge that will encourage growth and guide her students outside of their comfort zone. Her progressive style of teaching allows one to experience the building blocks of yoga and grow from the ground up. She has experience teaching with senior citizens through the YMCA and have taught prenatal and kids yoga.
Yassah's extensive knowledge of the body, her informative teaching style, and her sense of humor will make your yoga class a wonderful experience.
