What to Wear
We invite you to remove your shoes upon entering the studio to start the process of unwinding and to help us provide a clean space. For classes, you’ll feel comfortable wearing a moisture-wicking tee shirt or tank top with form-fitting capris or form-fitting shorts that cover the thigh to prevent slipping. Avoid long, loose-fitting pants and 100% cotton clothing. Bring workout gloves with a grip, this prevents slipping on sweaty handle bars. Towels are provided.

CYCLE SHOES are MANDATORY. Bring your own (our bikes accept SPD (clips) or purchase a pair of ours at the studio.
Nourish and Hydrate
The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. Drink water before, during, and after your class. For cycle, we recommend eating a simple carbohydrate snack 2 hours before the class to keep your blood sugar up and energy strong.
Account & Waiver
While walk-ins are accepted, we highly encourage clients to make an online reservation as classes tend to fill up quickly. Create a client account and agree to the online liability waiver. Clients under 18 must have their parent or guardian sign the waiver in person. You can create an account on the website or download Mindbody
We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the class start time to give yourself some un-rushed time to check-in and get settled. For your first class we provide you with towels, and water, we’ve got you covered.
Always check-in for your class with the front desk. If you reserved a bike in advance, your name would appear on the sign-in log located on the iPad. Tap on your name so that we know you’re here. It’s important to sign-in for every class in which you attend.
NEW CLIENTS may NOT enter class if they are not in the studio 5 minutes before start time. Returning clients must be in the studio and checked in, at start time and ready to enter class. ONCE DOORS CLOSE/CLASS is CLOSED to EVERYONE. We value your safety and experience!
If you are not in the studio at the scheduled start time, it is considered a no-show and we reserve the right to assign your spot to another person on the wait-list or on stand by. We ask that you stay for the entire class. Once pedaling has stopped and stretches are in progress, you may dismount.
Shoes- For safety and effectiveness, our classes require cycling shoes that provide a more stable ride and allow you to work the correct muscle groups. Cycling shoes are required, don't sweat it if you don't have them yet, we have double sided pedals for sneakers until you purchase cycling shoes.
For your convenience, we offer a unisex bathroom/ changing room equipped with towels, and other amenities. We do not have showers. We provide facial wipes and ear plugs if needed.
Custom cubbies to keep your personal items secure during the ride. They are easy to use, and shield your personal items.
Bike Setup & Safety
Ameanspinn Studio classes offer a high-intensity cardio workout. Like any new physical endeavor, you may want to consult your doctor first. Before class, make sure to check that all bike adjustments are tight, your cycling shoes are securely clipped into the pedals, and that you test the brake.

BIKE SETUP & SAFETY
Safety and comfort are a priority. Being properly set up is the key to getting the most out of your ride. Proper alignment ensures you are working efficiently and effectively and also prevents injury. As a new rider, it is important that one of our skilled staff members assist you in setting up your bike.

At Ameanspinn, our instructors will PUSH & INSPIRE you and encourage you to take yourself to the edge, but please listen to your body and work at a pace that is comfortable for you. If you feel any unusual or persistent symptoms, please signal the instructor so that we may seek medical attention.
REMEMBER: SIGN IN
Before your first ride, you need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent IN PERSON. Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio, assist you with your shoes, and help adjust your bike.
At Ameanspinn, we take care of everything, so all you have to do is show up, clip in, and ride. We sell shoes by Tiem along with complimentary water and on occasions, light snacks. Bring your own shoes? Our bikes are compatible with SPD shoes. Along with our cubbies, safe storage for all of your belongings, we also have facial wipes for those of you wearing make-up, hair ties, wet clothing bags, and other toiletries for you to use. It is required to bring your own SPD cycling shoes, or purchase our shoes Tiem cycling shoes.
