You must purchase a ride before you can reserve a spot in a class. Towels are always complimentary with each Ride.
Purchases are valid for a predetermined length of time. Expiration dates on purchases ensure that the item is used within a specified time frame so in accordance with its current value. Expiration dates may not be revised, modified, or placed on hold. Unused portions of any purchase are not redeemable beyond expiration dates.

Cancellations – As a courtesy to other riders and our instructors, you must cancel a class eight (8) hours before the scheduled class in order to avoid a penalty. If you haven’t cancelled within eight (8) hours of your class, you will forfeit one credit or, if you hold a monthly membership, you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee or a $20 no-show fee. You can also call our studio and we will be happy to assist you.
Late Arrival -If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Your bike will be released five (5) minutes before the start of class if there is a waitlist and we have not heard from you. If you arrive five (5) minutes after class has started you will unfortunately not be permitted to join and the same penalties above will be applied. No exceptions.
Waitlist -If a class is full, join the waitlist! We will add riders on a first come first served basis as spots become available. You will be notified that you are added via email. The same policies described above will apply. If you are on our waitlist and cannot attend class, please remove yourself to avoid a penalty.
(Student discounts can be purchased in the studio or by email with proof of ID.)
Bringing a Friend? Receive a $20 credit to your account for each friend that takes a class. Your friend can enjoy 10% off any class package purchased during their first visit. Please email us your friend’s information so we can forward the 10% code to their email.
