+ GROUP CYCLE INSTRUCTOR

The Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading group fitness classes that are creative in style and exceed customer expectations. They are to promote themselves and the brand in a manner that is positive, motivating, encouraging, and inclusive, and drive sales for their classes as well as other products and promotions offered at the studio. All instructor applicants must be certified and prepared to show samples of their techniques and fitness knowledge, including current trends in the industry and up to date class offerings. Ameanspinn's Team of Instructors are the heart beats of the studio; therefore, the ideal candidate must incorporate and encourage a team modelled environment. Customers are attained and retained by the Ameanspinn Experience, and the Instructors play the most crucial role in that experience, thus ensuring that every class exudes excellence is the primary goal and driving factor in securing this position.

+ YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Our studio is looking for yoga instructors who are passionate about helping students learn yoga and who love to lead students through exercises that help improve well-being. We are looking for yoga instructors who hold appropriate yoga credentials and can take students through cohesive yoga sequences, choose the best music, effectively correct form, and more. Trap Yoga, R&B Yoga Restorative ect... Requirements:

  • Hold a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor - 200 hour level (RYT-200) or yoga certification from a NCCA agency
  • Have a CPR/AED certification
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
  • Be passionate about fitness
  • Have 1-2 years of experience leading yoga classes Responsibilities:
  • Lead yoga classes according to the assigned schedule
  • Teach safe, effective exercises to a variety of populations
  • Maintain a current yoga certification
  • Wear proper uniform
  • Adhere to employee standards of conduct
  • Complete all required staff training
  • Record all hours accurately

+ FRONT DESK/CONCIERGE

The FRONT DESK GREETER/ CONCIERGE is a key role in establishing a relationship with our studio customers and visitors. This person welcomes students into the studio and sets the tone for their experience. The successful candidate must love being involved with customers, enjoy selling products and deliver consistently strong customer service. Person must be an energetic team player with a positive attitude to help the students have a positive experience and help the studio run as efficiently and effectively as possible. Customer Service

Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing (event, workshops,Teacher Training, Retail) as well as competitive products to actively promote and sell ours to all visitors (including giving tours) Meet and exceed sales goals as established by Manager(s) and effectively launch new students with smart/effective schedule to meet consumer’s personal goals while juggling their schedules to find a habit-forming pattern of studio usage Welcome all visitors according to our Customer Service standards; answer telephone promptly and courteously Assist customere with Check-in into class/workshop/etc through software system (MindBody Online or equivalent software) Assist students by guiding them through our programs and answering their questions (or find the answers to questions if not known) Ensure all students complete all paperwork/forms as appropriate Studio Operations

Keep common areas neat and clean: prepare tea area, clean studio rooms, empty trash and tidy props between classes efficiently and quickly Work with studio staff to support the financial goals and operational needs of the studio Report any issues per our procedures Keep the retail area looking great which includes keeping it clean and re-merchandising products to attract customer’s attention. Receive and transfer merchandise as appropriate. Pro-actively watch for theft to avoid shrinkage. Follows and upholds Employee Handbook and all other guidelines including but not limited to: Customer Service Guidelines, Dress Code Guidelines, Core Values, etc. Any other tasks required to help company meet its goals

+ STUDIO MANAGER

The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Ameanspinn Indoor Cycling studio. This includes, but is not limited to, executing the vision, leadership, imagery, and the positive culture set by the Owners. The Studio Manager drives the business to excel, while promoting an outstanding studio experience for all staff and customers. The Studio Manager will be additionally responsible for cultivating outreach programs between the community and the studio, as well as corporate wellness initiatives, and on brand business partnerships. The candidate will manage the day to day staff and class instructors, thus creating, incorporating, and executing a team modelled environment is essential to the role. This is a high-profile position, that will report directly to the Owners.
