Beyond the Bike: Kick off to Summer!
As summer gets closer and closer, it’s hard not to get caught up with a negative state of mind “ I need” to look a certain way or fit into a certain bathing suit or swim trunks in order to enjoy all the fun that summer brings. Drinking a gallon of water a day, plus eating healthly & at the proper time of the day determines how you will look. Remember what you eat, “YOU WILL WEAR OUT IN PUBLIC”!

Great for the Hips & Bottom
Indoor cycling is also great at working and toning the bottom. When you consider that with an indoor cycle, we spend a great deal of our time out of the saddle, when you are doing that, the up and down leg movement, is also working the hip joints and the bottom is toning and shaping nicely.
When in and out of the saddle, be sure to engage the abs as this really helps to stabilise your hips and upper body. Simply by clenching the tummy helps increase the muscle strength of the general abdomen area, and this tightening helps define those muscle groups, plus giving you more strength to add sprints while out of the saddle..so suck in that belly button and strive your hardest!!
