Introducing Our New Class: Ride + ABS
Ride + Abs is a new spin on our standard 45-minute class. The class incorporates movements that target your core while riding to the beat of the music. Saddle crunches, oblique pulses, weighted twists and more are added to each class to strengthen your core. After the ride, there will be a 10-minute off the bike burnout round of ab exercises held outside the studio in the fitness room.
