Arrive Early

Please arrive 10-15 mins before your scheduled class; We absolutely will not be able to accommodate late arrivals out of respect to the class and the instructor we will lock our doors once class has started.

Proper Attire

Members are required to wear appropriate gym attire and sneakers while using the facility. Members and guests will be asked to leave if not properly dressed.

Hygiene

Please be aware of personal hygiene including the wearing of deodorant.

Personal Items

Bags are prohibited in the bike room, please secure bags in the lockers during your workout. Cell phone use is prohibited in the bike room. Cameras and other image capturing devices are strictly prohibited in all areas of the bike unless the instructor allows for cell phones on a special event. You are welcome to use your cell phones in our lobby and at our front office.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be completed online at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid a penalty, Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your class so our staff can show you the ropes and get you started! You will not be allowed to come into the bike room once class has started! We will no longer be accepting messages via Social Media, emails, phone/text.

NO CELL PHONES For your safety and common courtesy, no cell phone usage/talking isn't allowed during your ride. We aim to limit our instructors and riders with the least number of distractions. Please place your phones away in your locker upon your arrival. You may take pictures before and after your ride. This is your time. Make it count.

NO GUM CHEWING IN THE BIKE ROOM

No gum chewing, it may cause choking along with craving for more water. We have time and time again found gum on our bikes and bike floors which is unsanitary and rude! It is prohibited at all times at Ameanspinn while in the bike room.

Late Arrival

If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Your bike will be released five (5) minutes before the start of class if there is a waitlist and we have not heard from you. If you arrive five (10) minutes after class has started you will unfortunately not be permitted to join and the same penalties above will be applied.

Waitlist

If a class is full, join the waitlist! We will add riders on a first come first served basis as spots become available. You will be notified that you are added via email. The same policies described above will apply. If you are on our waitlist and cannot attend class, please remove yourself to avoid a penalty.

Absolutely. We offer a first time class at a specially marked down price and other offers when available, the perfect way to get to know our team, explore different instructors, and try out various class times to see what best fits your schedule.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to AMEANSPINN so we can give you a quick tour, tempature check, introduce you to the instructor, and make sure your bike is set up perfectly.

WHERE SHOULD I SIT?

We recommend reserving a bike in the back of the room so you can follow the lead of the instructor as well as advanced clients in the front row. This will help you make your way to the front of the class as your skills progress and you learn the ropes.
