We know entering a brand new fitness community can feel daunting at first. Here are some helpful rules of Ameanspinn that will make you feel like a veteran in no time.

+ WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

  1. We ask that you arrive at the studio at least 10-15 minutes before your class to ensure you have proper time for us to show you the studio, help you set up your bike, get settled in and warm up your body. Arriving once class has started is considered late.

+ Can I pick my own bike?

  1. Yes. You can choose your own bike when signing up for a class. We recommend sitting in the back if not experienced, front row leads the pack.

+ DO I NEED CYCLING SHOES?

  1. We require that each rider clip into our pedals using proper cycling shoes. Clipping in allows you to utilize the full revolution of your pedal stroke and engage more of your muscles, which translates to a more effective workout. Our pedals are compatible with SPD cleats, If you are interested in purchasing the perfect shoe for our studio, we reccommend Tiem’s and would be happy to help order you a pair at the front desk. Don't have shoes yet? It's cool, we have dual sided pedals to slip your sneaker into until you purchase your cycling shoes. (No sandals, boots, flip flops AT ALL!!!)

+ WHAT ARE THE STUDIO RULES?

  1. We reserve the right to release bikes 3 minutes before the start of class We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in studio. Spot booking (the ability to select & ride on a certain bike) you may not take another students bike, you will be asked to kindly move to another available bike.

+ DO YOU OFFER ONLINE CLASSES?

  1. Yes! Our on demand content is available for $19.99 a month and features live rides from our studio. You can access it [HERE.][2]

+ BIKES

  1. Please DO NOT move the position of bikes from their place on the floor. Do not move bike parts between bikes, i.e. moving bike seats or handlebars from one bike to another. Do not put feet on bike frame or handlebars when stretching. DO NOT pile clothing on handlebars except your towel. Please wipe down your bike at the end of class.

+ HYGIENE

  1. We workout in close quarters and once we start getting our sweat on, we can become nose-deaf to our own odor. Yes, thats right people.....nose-deaf!! You may not be aware that you wore too much scented spray or that your workout clothes stink or that your "natural body odor" may be almost knocking out your neighbor. These odors can completely ruin someone else's workout. Nobody wants to be labeled as "nose-deaf"...... so besides all the obvious things like showering and wearing deodorant, please wash your workout gear before you wear it again....double dipping builds bacteria that causes the offensive odors as soon as you start to sweat again! So even if your workout gear passes the sniff test for a second wear......don't do it!!!! Also, please give consideration to keeping shirts on while working out. We love when clients are proud of their bodies but less clothes means more flying sweat on floors. We are proud of all the sweat that happens in this building but if its flying onto your neighbor and their equipment, then its just gross.

+ What is your Cancellation Policy for Unlimited Monthly Memberships with a 12 month commitment?

  1. We do not allow cancellations for Term Membership in the first 12 months. After that, you can cancel at anytime by providing a 30 day written notice 30 prior to your next billing date.

+ DO I NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING BEFORE I START?

  1. Before your first ride, you must sign a studio waiver, & Covid-19 waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent IN PERSON or you CANNOT ENTER BIKE ROOM. Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio, assist you with any questions, and help adjust your bike.

+ Can I rent out the studio for a private event (birthdays, bridal parties, special occasions etc.)?

  1. Absolutely, for any private event inquiries please refer to our private party link [here ][3]

+ WHEN CAN I REGISTER FOR CLASS

  1. Riders are always welcome to take a class without signing up in advance. Walk-ins are always welcome. However, without a reservation, we cannot guarantee that your preferred bike will be available. You can book your bike and classes for the week in studio, by phone, or through our website.

+ What happens if I do not cancel my class within the 12 hour cancellation window?

  1. Unlimited members will be charged a $15 fee and credit members will lose their credit. All No Shows will be charged $25 (1 class price)

+ WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

  1. We suggest rocking a muscle tee or tank top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom. Avoid long, loose-fitting pants that risk being tangled in the bike. We require all riders to wear "SPD clip in" shoes that clip into the pedals for a smoother ride. Don't sweat it if you don't have them, in the meantime, we have a dual-sided pedal that has a cage on one side, and SPD-compatible clips on the other if you're wearing cycling shoes.
