Born in DC, living in MD. Melissa brings all the vibes. From Trap music to Hip Hop from pop to hip hop. She brings all the hits. Have a song request? She’ll find a way to vibe to any song and just have a blast in class. Melissa started cycling in 2016 and has felt connected to the bike ever since. She’s been an early childhood educator for 6 years and has expanded her teaching skills to the podium. 

Come tap it back with her and be inspired. She believes you can do anything you set your mind to. It’s you vs. you on that bike. Just keep pedaling and ride to the beat. “You grow through what you’re going through!” Melissa wants you to focus on letting go and once you’re ready keeping the beat of the music to have a great time.
